Polyglass Insulators

  • The insulators are made out of polyester resin with glass fibers. 
  • The standard colour is red: RAL3002. Other colors are possible on demand. 
  • These insulators are used for low voltage applications up to 1000V

BUSBAR SUPPORT

  • The busbar support is used to support bars with a width of 5 mm, 6​ mm, 8 mm and 10 mm and a height of 30 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm.
  • The busbar support consists of 2 fixing supports and sectional blocks.
  • A sectional block can be turned to the corresponding face to fit the busbar.
  • The fixing support is made out of polyester reenforced with glass fibers.
  • The sectional blocks are made out of polycarbonate reenforced with fiber glass.
  • Max. working temperature: 120°C
  • Max. voltage: 1000 V

  • The bus bar support is used to support bars with a width of 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm and a height of min 30 mm.
  • The bus bar support consists of busbar blocks fixed to supporting raceways.
  • By changing the distance between the busbar blocks on the raceway it is possible to adjust the phase to phase distance.
  • The fixing support is made out of polycarbonate reenforced with glass fibers.
  • Self-extinguishing UL: 94 V0
  • Max. working temperature: 120°C

PASSING INSULATOR

  • The passing insulator is used for electrical connection between the internal and external parts of electrical boards
  • The passing insulator is composed of tie rod, nuts, washers and two plastic pieces that fit into each other.
  • Made out of polyamide PA6 with glass fibers
  • Tie rod, nuts, washers: made out of white galvanized steel
  • Max. working temperature: 110°C
  • Max. voltage: 1000 V
